I work as an E-commerce eBay Lister, where I handle both the backend of the store and the front-facing customer experience. I deal with buyer messages daily whether it’s order issues, returns, or simple inquiries and make sure everything is resolved quickly without sounding robotic. On the store side, I create and update listings, keep track of inventory, and make small adjustments that help products get seen and sell better. I’m comfortable jumping between tools, figuring things out on my own, and keeping things running smoothly even when it gets busy.
